***Executive and General Board Meeting***
CVAA Falcons Executive and General Board Meetings will be held on the 22nd of July at the Clayton Public Library:
6:30pm - 7:30pm is for Executive Board
7:30pm - 8:30pm is for General Board Visitors/Guests ***MANDATORY - Final Registration July 14th & 15th***
Final registration is mandatory and will held July 14th & July 15th from 6pm - 8pm at Highlands Elementary.
Even if you registered online you must attend
We will be completing paperwork, finalizing payment, performing initial weigh-in, providing information and meeting coaches during this time.
Please bring your physical card and if you are a new new player we need the ORGINAL birth certificate, not a copy.
For those that performed on-line registration this Wednesday please print out your registration form and bring it to your scheduled registration date.
The 14th is for the Midgets, Jr. Midget's & PeeWee's while the
15th is for the Scouts & Jr. PeeWe's.

The Diablo Valley Youth Football Conference (DVYFC) offers a $50 U.S. Savings Bond and recognition plaque to any participant or Jr. Coach that receives at least a 3.5 GPA with no grades below a “B”
An essay and letter of recommendation are also required.

Thank you to Herc Pardi and his outstanding group of coaches for a great summer football camp! Not only did the players have a fun time learning, scrimmaging and playing together they also had an opportunity to improve their skills and conditioning. Not only do these positions provide the Falcons with leadership they also provide the participating volunteer opporuntiy to deliver a great experience for the entire Falcons family during the 2010 season.

The 10th Annual Clayton Valley Youth Football Camp is Open for Registration!
Football Camp runs 9 a.m.-2 p.m. June 21- 25 at Gonsalves Stadium on the CVHS campus. It is for boys entering fifth-ninth grades. Head football coach Herc Pardi and his staff provide fundamental instruction and competition. There is a trainer on site. Each participant gets a camp shirt and a written evaluation.
Cost is $125 plus a refundable $75 equipment fee. For more information, call 682-7474 ext. 3115, press 5, or pick up a brochure at the CVHS front office. Deadline to apply is June 9. For those that are interested 'Fit 2 the Core' is putting on a 8 week long Speed & Agility Clinic.

The Website redesign continues! Check out the small sample of photos from 2009 on our site under 'Forms Downloads & Media.' Did you miss our first sign-up? No worries, you can get the Cheer/Football application (again) under the 'Forms Downloads & Media' area of our site. Simply print it, fill it out and go to one of our sign-up meetings. If you don't want to wait in the line then click on the 'On-line Registration' and register on-line through Sportability! One of many new things we're introducing this year! Finally, don't forget to check back often. There's a lot of new things coming in the 2010 year and the Falcon's website will be the first area to communicate the news! We are looking for new football players and cheerleaders to come play for us this 2010 season. By referring a friend or two you can get $20.00 per player back at the end of the season.
To qualify: - Needs to be new to Clayton Valley Falcons, did not play or cheer with us in 2009
- Needs to cheer or play football for the whole season
- Needs to put your name on the "referred by" field when signing up, if your name is not on there at that time, you will not be able to get credit for the referral
- If the player gets hurt or gets cuts you still will receive the refer credit
So, go out and get some friends to come out and play!!

Are you tired of scheduling time on your weekend and weekday evenings to register for the best Youth Football Program in the East Bay? Well, starting this year the Clayton Falcons are offering online registration through Sportability.
Point your cursor to the 'Online Registration' tab and click on 'Register Online.' This will forward you to the Sportability site where you can securly register your son or daughter for CVAA Falcons Football and Cheer!
Finally, there are a lot of improvements coming this year to the Falcons. Stay tuned and check-in regularly for updates and information!
